MISSOULA – The Missoula City Band summer series for 2019 takes place on at 8 p.m. on Wednesday’s at the Bonner Park Band Shell through August 14.

KALISPELL – Glacier Community Garden has plots available so you can grow your own fresh, organic vegetables. Growing in a community garden has the added benefit of visiting with other gardeners, both experienced or beginning. More info: (406) 250-2146.

MISSOULA – Out to Lunch runs every Wednesday from June to August from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Caras Park in downtown Missoula. The events feature live music, children’s activities, and over 20 food trucks and vendors to choose from.

MISSOULA – Kids and kids at heart are invited to join Missoula Parks and Recreation for Kidsfest 2019, a free summer celebration for Missoula families at Caras Park on Tuesday, July 23 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Admission and activities are free.

HAMILTON – The Bitter Roots Arts Guild will have its 49th annual Art in the Park on July 27 at Legion Park in Hamilton. This free event features unique crafts, one of a kind art, and jewelry and coincides with Daly Days and the Hamilton Farmers Market.

SWAN LAKE – The 38th annual Swan Lake Huckleberry Festival is scheduled for Aug. 10 at the Swan Lake Day Park near mile marker 72 on Montana Highway 83. The festival will feature an Arts and Crafts Fair with more than 50 vendors offering a wide array of handicrafts, gifts, Montana-made products, food and country-made delicacies.

PHILIPSBURG – Prospector Pickin’s will be held on Sunday, Aug. 11 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. in Philipsburg. The vintage market will be selling antiques, collectibles and more! Admission is $3 per person. Proceeds benefit the Philipsburg Arts Fund.

MISSOULA – Friends of Child Bridge are hosting a benefit “cornhole tournament” for adults and children. This tournament will be held from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Aug. 18 at Fort Missoula. The event benefits young victims of abuse and neglect in Missoula in the foster care system who need equipped families to care for them in their time of need.
