MISSOULA — The Montana VA Health Care System is now providing free flu shots to Missoula Area veterans through the David J. Thatcher Missoula VA Clinic.
Veterans will have the option to receive their shots at the VA clinic’s drive-up or walk-in flu shot clinics, at VA appointments, or through in-network community providers.
The free shots will become available on Wednesday, Oct. 7 when veterans can drive up to the clinic, located at 2687 Palmer St. suite C, from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m.
All veterans will remain in their vehicle and staff will come to them.
Missoula-area Veterans can also come into the clinic’s C3 lobby for walk-in flu shots on Mondays from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
