One Class at a Time: CS Porter Middle School

MISSOULA – Our first winner of a One Class at a time Grant for the 2018-2019 school year is C.S. Porter Middle School art teacher Leslie Snoke.

KPAX-TV General Manager Bob Hermes presented Snoke with a $250 check sponsored by KPAX and Republic Services.

Snoke is using the money to buy a Flat Panel Screen for her students to display their artwork which includes digital photographs, online, photo edited software — and other unique images they have created.

Snoke says a Flat Screen Panel is a perfect way for students to present their work.

“Digital work, printed art generally doesn’t have the same impact on the screen, so they can really see what they’ve done, be proud of what they’ve done, and show that to their peers,” Snoke said.
