KALISPELL – Kalispell Regional Medical Center employee Manny Campillo brightens people’s day by dressing himself and his cart up for every holiday.
Campillo has been a faithful KMRC employee, providing housekeeping services for the hospital for the last three years.
Every holiday, Campillo decorates his cart and dresses up in costume. Using his own time and money for decorations, Campillo says he does it to bring joy to others.
“Give them a little smile for a moment, that’s why I spend time decorating my cart, just to give them a smile. It makes me feel good, it makes them feel good. And it makes my day,” he said.
Campillo handed out Easter treats in his bunny costume for staff on Good Friday.
But he says his favorite holiday is Christmas where he dresses up like Santa Claus. Last year, he had an entire Christmas village and a running train on his cart.
