HAMILTON - The 49th annual Bitter Root Arts Guild Holiday Show will be held Nov. 8 and Nov. 9 at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds Events Center in Hamilton. FLORENCE – Florence Carlton School will be holding an assembly on Nov. 11 at 2:30 p.m. in the New Gym to honor military veterans. Kindergarten through high school students will be attending. Parents of students, guardians, and community members are all welcome to attend.
STEVENSVILLE - Lone Rock School in Stevensville will hold a Veterans Assembly on Monday, Nov. 11. Complimentary coffee will be served at 7:30 a.m. and breakfast starts at 7:45 a.m. The assembly begins at 8:45 in the New Gym. At least two WWII veterans are expected to attend the ceremony. The band and music program will also be performing.
HAMILTON - The annual American Legion Ravalli Post 47 will hold their Veteran's Day program on Monday, Nov. 11 at the Ravalli County Museum. The program will include a short outdoor ceremony, and an indoor ceremony at the museum. The public is encouraged to attend.
KALISPELL - Flathead Valley Community College will host a free workshop on Thursday, Nov. 14 to help college-bound students and their families complete the necessary forms to apply for federal financial aid, including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
