Veterans and families presented wreaths at various monuments across the city on Monday afternoon for Memorial Day.
The ceremonies began at 1 p.m. at the Fort Missoula Military Post Cemetery and then made eight additional stops throughout the city.
All wreath ceremonies included the presentation of an American flag, a prayer and the playing of taps.
All in all, the presentations across Missoula lasted until 5 p.m., ending at the Iraq-Afghanistan Monument at the University of Montana.
