JORDAN – A 28-year-old Helena man was killed in a crash Monday evening on Montana Highway 200 near Jordan.
The Montana Highway Patrol narrative states the man was driving a Pontiac Vibe eastbound on the outskirts of Jordan when it slid off the road and overturned in a ditch.
The driver was pronounced dead after being transported from the scene. MHP reports the victim was not wearing a seatbelt and it appears speed was a factor. There were no signs of drug or alcohol use.
No one else was in the vehicle. The man’s name has not been released and the crash is still under investigation.
