DILLON – I-15 over Monida Pass is re-open Monday afternoon, but the freeway is still snow packed and icy, with gusty winds.
The freeway had been closed since Sunday because of the poor visibility and hazardous conditions. And even now, the Idaho Department of Transportation is reporting other state highways in Southeast Idaho, north of Idaho Falls continue with closures because of hazardous conditions.
