HAMILTON — An additional confirmed COVID-19 case is being reported in the Hamilton School District.
The District was notified by the Ravalli Public Health Department of a confirmed positive case of COVID-19 and sent out a message on Tuesday.

"Affected staff and/or families have been notified individually of this development as well as any changes in schedule that circumstances require," according to Hamilton School District spokeswoman Justine Stewart.
No schools will be closed at this time. No further information about the new case is being released due to privacy concerns.
Earlier this month, a positive coronavirus case prompted the District to briefly close Hamilton High School.
Ravalli County has been seeing a recent surge in COVID-19 with 150 active cases being reported on Tuesday.
