CHARLO — A Charlo School District employee has tested positive for COVID-19.
School officials add in a social media post that two co-workers and two students had been in contact with the person.
All are now quarantined and working with their healthcare professionals.
The positive test means that some adjustments have been made to the Drivers Education program.
Additionally, open gym will still be allowed depending on the coach's availability and there will be limits on certain activities like scrimmaging.
"We are working hard to balance everybody's health while at the same time maintaining a sense of normalcy for our students and staff," the social media post states.
District officials say they are in contact with Lake Public County Health and will continue to communicate changes to the situation as it evolves.
Lake County Public Health was reporting 11 active COVID-19 cases as of late Wednesday morning.
A shelter in place order will continue indefinitely on the Flathead Indian Reservation after a number of presumptive positive COVID-19 cases were reported by local health officials.
