PABLO — Coronavirus concerns have prompted the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes to close the Salish Kootenai College (SKC) Health Center immediately.

Tribal Health officials add that the Hot Springs Health Center, the Elmo Health Center and the Arlee Health Center will close on Wednesday, March 18.

However, Tribal Health Centers -- including pharmacy, medical, dental, and behavioral health services -- will remain open in Polson, Ronan and St. Ignatius.

Patients are asked to call (406) 745-3525 before coming into each Health Center or if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Pharmacy Information

The pharmacy hours in Polson, Ronan and St. Ignatius for pickups will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.

Prescriptions normally delivered for patient pick up at the Hot Springs, Elmo and Arlee health centers will be mailed directly to patients starting on March 18.

Tribal health officials say that patients whose medications will be mailed need to update their phone numbers and addresses for mailing.

Patients should call the pharmacy directly at (406) 745-2426 to update phone numbers and mailing addresses.

Prescriptions will not be mailed out until the most current mailing address is confirmed.

Patients are advised to allow for approximately four days for postal delivery of medications and all refill requests need to be done at least 72 hours in advance.
