MISSOULA — Two more deaths related to COVID-19 are being reported in Missoula County Tuesday morning.
The Missoula City-County Health Department reported that the two individuals were a man and woman, both 70 or older in age. No further details were provided.
"The health department and local government leadership send our deepest condolences to the families, friends, and loved ones impacted by these losses at this difficult time," the health department said in a statement. "We urge community members to continue being supportive of each others health by diligently practicing good hand-washing hygiene, limiting social circles to five or fewer people, maintaining six feet of safe space between others, wearing cloth face-coverings that fully cover the nose and mouth, and staying home when experiencing any symptoms of illness."
The total number of deaths related to COVID-19 in Missoula County has now risen to 23.
