KALISPELL — Three more COVID deaths have been confirmed by the Flathead City-County Health Department, making a total of 16 deaths related to coronavirus in the area.
One of the deaths was associated with the recent COVID-19 outbreak in a long-term care facility, which had a total of 11 deaths.
The second death was also associated with another long-term care facility located in Flathead County.
Tamalee St. James Robinson, Interim Health Officer of the Flathead City-County Health Department said, "We’d like to extend our sincerest condolences to all loved ones who have been affected."
Flathead City-County Health Department will continue to update their coronavirus website daily with case counts and press releases.
These deaths will be shown on the Montana COVID Dashboard effective on Saturday.
