MISSOULA — The cold and snowy weather has prompted the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) to cancel mobile COVID-19 testing services for Seeley Lake, Lolo, and Frenchtown this week.

MCCHD reports that on Tuesday morning the mobile testing unit faced significant challenges while traveling to Clinton.

“For the safety of our staff, and others on the road, we have made the decision to cancel our service to Seeley Lake on Tuesday afternoon,” a social media post states.

The extreme cold that is expected to set in on Thursday has prompted the health department to cancel the mobile testing services scheduled for Lolo and Frenchtown on Thursday, Feb. 11.

MCCHD plans to return its mobile testing services to these communities when it is safe to do so.
