POLSON – The man accused of killing 24-year-old Cassandra Harris of Ronan is now scheduled to change his plea.
Joseph Parizeau is expected to change his plea of not guilty in a change of plea hearing scheduled next week in Lake County District Court.
Parizeau is accused of killing Harris back in June. Prosecutors in Lake County say he originally told police that Harris died while trying to get back into his vehicle while it was moving.
Parizeau was scheduled to go in front of a jury trial on Tuesday but now there is a motion to vacate that trial and he change his plea the next day.
