BILLINGS – A father and his daughter living in Billings are facing federal charges for allegedly drug trafficking, and using their home for distribution.

According to court documents, Gregory Paul Green, 63, and Brittany Nicole Green, 29, were arrested and are being charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Authorities say that on Jan. 2, agents raided the Greens’ house, where they found two rooms crowded with drugs and drug paraphernalia. After agents searched the residence, they concluded it was evident that a very large scale drug operation was being run from the home, prosecutors said.

According to the court documents, agents also found a computer in Gregory Green’s room where the “dark web” was displayed and a screen showing that Green was selling Xanax bars to people across the country. Also, paperwork was found in the same office showing that he was using Bitcoin, a form of cryptocurrency, for the drug trade.

Agents seized about 100 grams of suspected methamphetamine and several thousand Xanax bars and other items of evidence from the office and around 122 grams of suspected methamphetamine, ketamine, carfentanil, and other controlled drugs.

Also found in the house were hundreds of feet of glass tubing that were being made into glass pipes, a 100-pound butane tank and instructions and recipes for Brittany Green on how to combine and use the drugs.

A sample was tested and tested positive for methamphetamine, prosecutors said.
