1 student arrested after threat made against Stevensville HS students

STEVENSVILLE -Stevensville Police have arrested a high school student who is accused of threatening fellow classmates.

There aren’t many details about the nature of the threat, but it was enough for an investigation to begin immediately.

School Resource Officer Kevin Oberhofer and Stevensville Police Chief James Marble kept in touch with Stevenville school administrators as they worked on the case tonight to make sure there was no danger to students, staff and faculty.

They are confident the incident is contained and school will take place tomorrow as scheduled.

The school resource officer will be available throughout the week and students and parents are welcome to contact law enforcement and school administration if they have questions or concerns.
