HELENA – A 20-year-old Helena man is accused of raping a teenage girl.
William Tell Borske appeared via video in Lewis and Clark County justice court Tuesday.
According to court documents, on April 1 police learned a missing girl may be at a home on Abbey Street.
After finding the girl, police say she told them she and Borske had sex. Court records also say Borske admitted to what had happened.
Because of her age — and the difference in age between the two, the girl can’t give consent.
Borske has been charged with one count of sexual intercourse without consent, and one count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
His bond was set at $25,000.
