BUTTE — A former Butte woman who is accused of accidentally smothering her baby to death while under the influence of meth last September bonded out of jail in Maine last week.
Audria Nickerson was being held on a warrant out of Butte for negligent homicide.
She will now be required to return to Butte by Aug. 31 to face the felony charge.
