The Magpie Rock Fire is nearing full containment.
The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Division of Fire announced Sunday morning that the fire that began west of Dixon is now at 75% containment and mop-up continues on the fire.
As of Sunday morning the fire had burned 3,539 acres and 112 personnel are assigned to the fire.
"Crews will mop-up and patrol utilizing engines, water tenders and hose lays. The incident will continue to release resources as needed," CSKT Division of Fire said in a post on Facebook.
No structures are threatened and no evacuation orders have been issued. The D-6000 road between Magpie and Revais and the Magpie D-5000 road are closed.
