KALISPELL — All Subway restaurants in the Flathead Valley are donating 15% of Thursday's proceeds to the families of Chance Holstrom and Jordana Hubble.

17-year-old Chance was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident in Kalispell, leaving behind a 4-month old son while 6-year-old Jordana was struck by a vehicle after a driver failed to yield to a stop sign on a school bus. She remains in a coma in critical condition.

Flathead Valley Subway owner Steven Tuhy says the proceeds are a way of giving back to the families undergoing hardships this holiday season.

“In the spirit of Christmas it would be nice to help them out and give them hopefully something to help the Christmas season be better this year, with the situation they’ve been put in,” said Tuhy.

Tuhy notes that the Subway restaurants in the Flathead Valley will stay open until 10 p.m. on Thursday.
