MISSOULA — A police chase down Missoula's Brooks Street ended in a crash near Southgate Mall Tuesday evening.
According to the Missoula Police Department, the Montana Highway Patrol tried to stop a vehicle near Lolo around 7:18 p.m.
The vehicle headed north on Highway 93, evaded stop sticks, and drove into Missoula at a high speed.
After losing sight of the vehicle, an officer located the suspect at Southgate Mall and the pursuit continued until the vehicle crashed at the intersection of Sussex Avenue and Eaton Street.
One male was taken into custody, according to MPD.
No injuries were reported, however, the crash resulted in property damage.
