Darby Schools offering meal pick-up during school closure

DARBY — In a press release, Darby Schools announced they will be providing meals to children 18 years of age and under during school closure.

Meals will be available in front of the cafeteria from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. for pick up beginning Tuesday and for the rest of the week.

The meals that are picked up will be breakfast and lunch for the following day.

Plans are being made for the following weeks meal distributions.

Their main goal is to provide meals to families that need them to help us get through this trying time.

Online and paper curriculum, is being provided to students and district staff are calling homes to assure that the message is getting through.
