MISSOULA — Many of us have been spending extra time on the computer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The means some people have added some extra weight because they aren’t getting enough exercise.
That's why MTN News sat down with Kara Tuttle, the director of health and wellness at YMCA Missoula.
We wanted to know if there’s anything that can be done to stay healthy while getting so much screen time.
