UPDATE (8-19-20, 10:01 PM): MISSOULA -- The Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Cathrine Coti Ross has been canceled. Helena police located Ross and she is safe.
ORIGINAL (8-19-20, 9:56 PM): The Missoula Police Department has requested a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Cathrine Coti Ross, a 17-year-old white female juvenile.
Ross stands 5-foot-7 and weighs 150 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. According to MPD, there is concern Ross is being held against her will by a male named Tracy Dowdy.
According to an alert from MPD, they may be in Helena, Butte, or on their way to Florida in an unknown vehicle. If you have any information, please call Missoula Police at 406 552-6300.
