The Missoula City-County Health Department -- and other Missoula County offices -- is currently experiencing a high volume of calls that their phone system is having trouble with.
The County says they are using their entire voice capacity for incoming and outgoing calls, meaning callers may get a busy signal.
Information Technology Services is currently working to resolve the issue.
