MISSOULA — The City of Missoula Fire Department has sent more crews to help battle the wildfires in California.
A second wave of fire engines and firefighters left on Wendesday morning from Mesquite, Nevada.
According to a social media post, a total of four engines, two task force leaders and two support vehicles -- for a total of 15 members -- are heading to California.
The Missoula firefighters are joining crews from Bigfork, Helena and Whitefish in California.
