UPDATE (8-8-20, 9:55 AM): The Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Isabelle Smith has been canceled. Smith has been located and is safe.
ORIGINAL (8-8-20, 9:12 AM): The Missoula Police Department requested a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Isabelle Smith, who also goes by Isabelle Lafrey, which was issued Saturday morning.
Isabelle is a 15-year-old American Indian juvenile who stands 4-foot-9, weighs 90 pounds with hazel eyes, brown hair and glasses. She is on foot and was last seen around midnight between Friday and Saturday crossing Brooks near Arbys.
According to the issued MEPA which was sent out at 4 a.m., Isabelle is reportedly dangerously intoxicated, last seen laying down in the roadway in traffic. She was wearing a black jacket, beanie, blue jeans, black sneakers and carrying a blue backpack.
