MISSOULA - The Red Cross has opened a shelter for people who have been ordered to evacuate due to the Colt Fire.
The shelter is located at the Blackfoot Community Bible Church which is located at 209 Birch Street in Ovando.
The Colt Fire burning northwest of Seeley Lake prompted the Missoula County Sheriff's Office to order evacuations for residents along a section of Highway 93 on Friday afternoon.
