MISSOULA — Some 140 people started their new jobs on Monday as Missoula's WinCo Foods opened its doors in the former Shopko building on South Reserve Street.
This is the fourth location to open in Montana. WinCo is employee-owned and known for low prices and unique items.
Most of those 140 employees are from Missoula and have the opportunity to receive stock ownership in the company.
This store will be open 24 hours a day, there is no membership fee, you bag your own groceries and credit cards are note accepted.
This is the fourth location to open in Montana as Bozeman also opened its doors Monday.
