BOZEMAN – Two people are dead after a head-on crash involving two pickup trucks on Bridger Canyon Drive in Bozeman Saturday night.

Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Tyler Brant says the accident happened at around 7:55 p.m. Saturday at mile marker 15, near Flaming Arrow Road.

Trooper Brant said a man driving a white Chevrolet pickup traveling southbound on Bridger Canyon crossed the center line and crashed into a woman driving a Dodge pickup northbound.

There were no passengers in either truck.

The woman in the northbound truck was wearing her seatbelt; the man driving the white truck was not wearing a seatbelt. Both were pronounced dead at the scene,

Trooper Brant said, and alcohol is suspected as a factor in the crash. No further details are currently available.
