MEPA canceled, Hamilton woman found safe

HAMILTON — The Missing and Endangered Person Advisory issued for an elderly Hamilton woman has been canceled.

Carol Woodward Nutt has been located and is safe.

The Hamilton Police Department thanks everyone for their assistance.

The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing-Endangered Person Advisory for Carol Woodward Nutt.

The request was made at the request of the Hamilton Police Department.

Woodward is 80 years old, 5 foot 5 inches, 150 lbs, white hair,and has hazel eyes.

Woodward left the Discovery Care Center in Hamilton on Tuesday, September 22, at about 8:30 pm, and she was last seen wearing a light blue jacket, jeans, and white shoes, and carrying a peach handbag,

Woodward has severe cognitive impairment and is not able to make decisions for herself.
