SUPERIOR - The Mineral County Sheriff's Office reports that 81-year-old Timothy John Foley, who was the subject of a Missing Endangered Person Alert, has been found and is safe.
No further information is being released at this time.

The Mineral County Sheriff's Office has issued a Missing Endangered Person Alert for 81-year-old Timothy John Foley
Foley is 5’10” tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has blue eyes and gray hair.
Foley was last seen on Moats Lane in Superior at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Monday wearing a red plaid shirt possibly a tan coat and blue jeans.
Foley suffers from dementia.
