PHILIPSBURG — Stage I fire restrictions are now in effect in Granite County.
Granite County commissioners voted Tuesday morning to put Stage I fire restrictions on private land in the county.
A social media post notes that anyone who violates the restrictions could face fines or up to six months in jail.
