POTOMAC — The Potomac School District is providing free breakfast and lunch to all children aged 18 and under, including students who attend other districts, private schools, or are home schooled.

The school district will be distributing these meals by using regular bus routes Monday through Thursday.

The buses will run on a morning schedule that is three hours delayed from the normal bus “pick up” time.

Parents can also pick up their child’s lunch for that day plus a breakfast for the following day at the community center between 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Please drive up to the kitchen’s sliding window on the north side of the building.

The schools may also use this delivery system to send home information from the teachers.

Teachers are developing a plan for supporting learning at home.

The special education teacher or a representative from the special education cooperative will be in touch with families whose students use these services.

Buildings and equipment will be undergoing a thorough cleaning and disinfecting process during this time.
