MISSOULA — Thunderstorms will develop throughout the day -- especially in the late afternoon and evening -- as a disturbance moves through the region.
The strongest storms are expected along and east of the Divide across west-central and southwest Montana with the main threats being 1" hail and 60 mph+ winds.
Overall, we’ll see a mix of clouds and sun with highs in the 80s to low 90s.
Behind a passing associated cold front, we'll see breezy conditions on Friday with much cooler highs in the 70s!
Temperatures look to remain below average for the weekend -- in the mid-70s to low 80s -- and start of next week with minimal precipitation chances.
